Lillie Mae Pierce, of Salem , daughter of the late Albert
Head and Jane Morton Head, was born March 14, 1929
in Harrison , AR. She died March 29, 2012 at her home in
Salem , at the age of 83 years and 15 days.
She was united in marriage to Elijah Desmon Pierce in
1951 at Wasco , CA . She was a clerk at First National
Banking Company (FNBC) for many years. She was a
member of the Salem First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her children, Meleesa Autry and
husband Larry of Patuxent River, MD and Desmon Pierce
and wife Marita of Cypress, TX.; Two grandchildren,
Pierce and Blake Autry and a host of friends. She was
preceded in death by her husband, a brother, Troy Morton
and her father and mother.
Services are Sunday, April 1, 2012 at Salem First Baptist
